Notice of Public Hearing

The Rush Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing concerning proposed amendments to the Rush Township Zoning Resolution on July 3, 2023 at 7:00 PM at the Rush Township Building, 148 S Gregory St., North Lewisburg, OH 43060.
 

The proposed amendments initiated by the Board of Trustees propose to amend Section 1237-60 Solar energy related definitions and 564 Solar Energy Systems. The text of Section 1237-60 and Section 564 regulate solar energy systems less than 50 MW.

The text and map(s) of the proposed amendment will be available for examination at the Woodstock Post Office for a period of 10 days prior to the public hearing. The building address is 111 Burnwell St., Woodstock, OH 43084.
