The Rush Township Zoning Commission, Champaign County, OH, will hold a public hearing concerning proposed amendments to the Rush Township Zoning Resolution on April 30 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Rush Township meeting room located at 148 S. Gregory St, North Lewisburg, OH, 43060
The proposed amendments, initiated by motion of the Zoning Commission), propose to amend Article II Definitions by adding the definition of "Battery Energy Storage System, Small Off-Site", "Data Center", and "Service Business". It also amends the definition of "Public Service Facility". It amends Article IV by adding "Section 421 Prohibited Uses".
The text and map(s) of the proposed amendment will be available for examination at the Rush Township Building.
After the conclusion of such hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Rush Township Board of Trustees for its action.
